Step 7 DC/DC Converter Input Feed Breakers
The 24V
-
C Control Charger is equipped with twelve (12) 2
-
Pole, 15ADC input feed breakers (CB1 –
CB12). These
circuit breakers provide protection and on/off functionality to the converter modules. Each breaker provides
protection to one 24Vdc @ 100Adc converter module. Breakers are factory wired.
Circuit Breakers CB1 –
CB3 are wired to Terminal Blocks A1+, A1

and are fed from Charger A. CB3 –
CB6 are wired to
Terminal Blocks A2+, A2
-
and are fed from Charger A. Circuit breakers CB7 –
CB9 are wired to Terminal Blocks B1+,
B1
-
and are fed from Charger B. Circuit Breakers CB10 –
CB12 are wired to Terminal Blocks B2+, B2

and are fed
from Charger B.
Step 8 Control / Fire & Gas Supplemental Load Breakers
This Integritas Floor Charger can be equipped with (16) Control and (16) Fire & Gas optional Supplementary user
defined DC Breakers. These 13mm 2

Pole DIN breakers are located atop the large frame Bulk Load and Battery
Breakers in both vertical distribution panels. They
’
re shown in the view provided in
“
Step
4”.
The following shows
the procedure for field installation of the load wires. The breakers can be equipped with 5A to 63A breakers and
can be factory or field installed.
Caution: Confirm wires do not contact sharp or rough surfaces that may damage insulation and cause a short
circuit.
1.
Verify all DC Panel breakers are off.
2.
Remove DC Panel cover (8 screws).
