The "Door communication" application makes communication with image and sound possible between the 

Busch

-

ComfortTouch

®

 and door communication systems. Up to five door communication systems (each with up to 12 

outdoor or indoor stations) can be defined in the network. In addition, up to three additional cameras can be 
assigned to each door communication system. 
 
When the visitor presses the bell of a station, this is indicated on the 

Busch

-ComfortTouch

®

 as a door call. The 

Busch

-ComfortTouch

®

 automatically switches to the door communication application and, depending on the 

configuration, displays a note or the camera image of the corresponding station. The user can now accept or 
reject the call and switch to mute during the conversation, open the door and switch on the light.  
 
In addition, the user can view all previous events via History (progress). Images (snapshots) can be recorded 
automatically or manually for this. 
 

 

 
The function is opened either by pressing the "Door communication" icon in the navigation bar or automatically by 
an incoming bell call of a station. Depending on the setting, a message that must be confirmed appears first. 
 

 

 

NOTE 

Some international applications include additional functions. Use the corresponding manuals for 
further explanations. 

 
 

Selecting the function via the icon (no bell call) 

 
A call up is practical when one wishes to view an archived snapshot or a current camera image of the different 
stations. The ring tone can also be deactivated.
