Reconnecting the DC/DC converter with DC
switch/disconnector

WARNING!
Obey the safety instructions during the start-up procedure. See Safety instructions for
ACS880 liquid-cooled multidrive cabinets and modules (3AXD50000048633 [English]).
If you ignore the safety instructions, injury or death, or damage to the equipment can
occur.
If you are not a qualified electrician, do not do installation or maintenance work.
Reconnecting the DC/DC converter
After you have finished the work inside the converter cubicle, reinstall any shrouds, and close the door.
Reconnect the DC/DC converter and energy storage. See:
• Connecting voltage to the drive and converter control unit (page 77)
• Charging the DC/DC converter and connecting voltage to the converter (page 77) and
• Connecting the energy storage to the DC/DC converter (page 78) .
Starting the DC/DC converter
Change the control panel to local mode (loc/rem key). Set parameter 120.19 Enable start signal to
value On . Press the control panel Start key.
