Programme overview
By pressing the MODE button, you can access the following stimulation programmes:

tapping massage.
3 Muscle
stimulation
(normal) GREEN OFF Stimulation with fast and slow
components.
4 Muscle
stimulation
(intense) OFF GREEN Alternating routine with
several fast pulses.
5 Muscle
stimulation
(very intense) RED OFF A high number of fast muscle
contractions.
6 Constant
stimulation GREEN GREEN Constant stimulation with
long muscle contractions.
Stimulation
1. Apply the “AB Maxx Pro Butter fl y Pad” to the microprocessor unit by using the snaps.
2. Remove the protective foil and place the stimulation pad so that they stimulate the muscle
groups that you want to activate (e. g. shoulder, abdominal area, waist, back, upper and
lower arm, thighs or calf). If you shift the stimulation pads during use, you will notice that
muscle contractions increase or decrease. The best position is an area where you notice the
strongest contractions.
3. Tip : Train different muscles at the same time by attaching both butter fl y pads on different
areas of your body.
4. After you have placed the device on the muscle group that you would like to stimulate, turn
the device on with the ON/HI button.
5. Select a stimulation programme with the MODE button
6. Select the desired intensity level with the ON/HI and/or OFF/LOW buttons.
7. The device automatically deactivates after 10 minutes. Take off the device and clean it after
every use as described in the section “Cleaning and Storage”.
