The legacy detection is to identify the PD devices that did not
follow the IEEE 802.3af standard their unique electrical signatures
in order for the PoE switch can provide the power to those PD
devices

Set port priority for the P.O.E. power management. 1 = C (critical),
2 = H (High), 3 = L (Low)
Power Limit
Set the power limit value. The maximum value must less 15400
Mode
Display the PD current operation mode status
