on the generator while it is still hot.
TRANSPORTATION
Keep the generator upright. Never
place the generator side down. Doing
so will make it difficult to start.
Tighten fuel cap. Drain the fuel tank if
possible (see “Drain the Fuel Tank”).

Generator was tilted when
adding oil, or shipped

Remove spark plugs, turn
off
engine switch then
pull recoil starter four times to remove oil from
the combustion chamber.
