Quick Steps
1. Select the Options button.
2. Select the Phone Status menu option number 10.
3. Select Option 4 for factory default. Press # to confirm the reset.
How to Find the IP Address and MAC Address
Quick Steps
1. Select the Options button
2. Select Phone Status, Option 10.
3. Select Option 1, Network Status.

Using the left menu keys on the left hand side of the screen select the “IP ADDR” to see the IP
address or “Mac Addr” to see the MAC address.

You will now be shown either the IP address or Mac address depending on which you chose in
the last step.

How to Set the TFTP Boot Server
Quick Steps
1. Select the Options button
2. Next Select the Admin Menu and enter the Admin password (Default is 22222).
3. Now select option 8, Network.
4. Next, we will select option 7, TFTP Server.
5. Next, Select option 1 for Primary Server
6. You will now be able to edit the TFTP Boot Server.
