Filtering Key

Note :
A call may come in for the manager when the secretary's extension is already engaged:
•
if the secretary's extension has only one line, he/she has to use the "second call" function to
pick up the call,
•
if the secretary has a multiline extension, he/she presses the incoming call key (flashing key)
(the multikey function is described in the next section).
In other words, if a call comes in for the manager while the secretary is already in
conversation, the secretary simply presses the flashing key (incoming call) to pick up the call.
This second solution is recommended.
5.4
CANCELING THE FILTERING FUNCTION (FROM SECRETARY OR MANAGER EXTENSION)
Depending on which keys you have programmed:
Press the key that activates the filtering function
The red LED on the key is goes off.
Note :
Deactivating the filter key on the manager's phone automatically desactivates the filter key on
the secretary's phone, and vice versa.
