4. Under TFTP Server Address enter the IP address the operating software is to
be downloaded from. This will usually be the Aastra 800’s IP address. Leave the
TFTP File Name setting on the default setting (“/ram/ip_tel/ip_rfp.cnt”).
5. For a remote location, the Aastra 800’s LAN will usually be accessed via a (VPN)
router. Click on
Add Parameter , select the option Router Addresses from the
list, enter the router’s IP address under Router Addresses, and confirm by
clicking on Add .
6. Click on Send Configuration to activate the desired IP address configuration.
