Supervision function

When the supervision of a group of phones is programmed on your telephone, you can:
• see the state of supervised phones (free, called, busy),
• quickly pick up calls on these phones,
• call these phones directly.
Note:
The supervision of an external line or network line can also be programmed. In these
specific cases, we recommend that you consult your system operator.
Programming the supervision function
To program the supervision of a phone on a programmable key:
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
1 - Press the Tools key.
2 - Press a programmable key.
-> The indicator associated with that key lights up.

3 - Enter the type code

4 - Dial the extension number to be supervised.
5 - Press the
key to finish.
Note:
• A programmable key must be programmed for each supervised
phone.
• The same phone can be supervised by several other phones.
