Troubleshooting

Below  are  some  common  queries  on  the  appliance.  Please  read  and  understand the  basic
steps as it may save you time. If your concern is not found on the list or your issue persists, then
kindly call our service centre.

Usually the ratio is 1:1 for rice

and water but check for cooking

between the pot and the

appliance.

Always dry the outside of the pot
before putting it in the

appliance.

Do not put any other materials
inside the pot or appliance.

Always make sure the appliance
is placed on a flat surface.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1. Unplug the power cord from the wall socket and wait for the rice cooker to cool down.

2. Do not immerse the cooker housing or power supply cord into the water. Clean the

cooker parts with a lint-free cloth without any cleansing liquid.

3. Wash the inside bowl, glass lid, and steam basket with hot soapy water using sponge or

soft cloth. Let them dry before assembling again.
