– The moisture content is calculated as a ratio of wet weight and dried weight. Therefore, the absolute
value of weighing will not normally influence the calculation of the moisture content, but in order to
comply with the requirements of GLP, GMP and ISO. Use a 20g or 50g OIML F1 mass to adjust and
calibrate the weighing unit.
– When calibrating the weighing unit, it is possible to make calibration report which complies with the
GLP, GMP or ISO standard.
– There is a certified temperature calibrator (accessory AX-MX-43, only for MX-50) to check or adjust
the calibration of the pan temperature for precise temperature control and traceability.
– When calibrating the temperature, it is also possible to produce a calibration report which complies
with the GLP, GMP or ISO standard.
– The analyser can store an ID number to be used in the calibration report. The number can also be
used for management and maintenance of the analyser
11.1. Setting Identification Number (ID No.)
The ID number consists of the following seven characters.

3. Press the SELECT key several times to display

4. Press the ENTER key.
5. Set the ID number using the following keys.
Example:
LAb-123
SELECT key . . . .Selects a figure.
or
key . . . .Selects a value.
ENTER key . . . . .Stores ID No. and proceeds to step 6.
6. Press the RESET key to return to the weighing mode.
