Owner`s manual

No power? Here are a few suggested solutions. If they do not solve your problem, ask an A2B specialist dealer.

Problem

The A2B will not switch on.

A2B switches on but there is no motor
assistance (display lights up and charge
indicator shows charged battery).

Possible cause(s)

1. The battery is dead.

1. A brake lever is applied.

2. No power level has been pre-selected.

3. The controller did not wake up after
switching on (note: the light does not illuminate
even though the light is switched on).

4. The connector for the power supply to
the motor is unplugged.

Solution

Recharge the battery. See sections 7.2 and
7.3.

Do not apply the brakes when starting the
A2B. Ensure that the brake levers are alig-
ned completely to the front.

Pre-select a power level (see section 6.4).

Repeat the switching on procedure. Should
the controller still not wake up, disconnect the
battery from the connector and reconnect the
battery after waiting 3 seconds. Repeat the
switching on procedure.

Ensure that the connector to the motor is
fastened securely.
