A:

Both the remote and collar are rechargeable,please charge 

them before using them.But please do not overcharge them as it 

may cause damage to them.

For both the remote and collar,a full charge takes 

approximately 2 hours. 

Charging the remote:

When charging is in progress,the 

flashing battery icon will show you the level of the current 

charge of the battery.When completed,the battery icon will stop 

flashing.
