Question 6. Why is my subtitle that is auto searched by the player not in sync with
my video?
Answer:
The player queries a third party subtitle hosting website and provides you with results
that are available for your video title. Please make sure that you have selected the
correct subtitles that matches the same frame rates as your video file. For example if
your video framerate is 23.976fps, this will get out of sync if you have selected subti-
tles that are not of the same framerate.
Question7. Why I can’t find my USB drive in file manager?
Answer:
Try to replace a short USB cable or plug in the power cable to your USB drive. You
are suggested to plug in one USB drive at the same time.
