Installing your AudioCodes ATA

Connect your device using the ports on the back panel. You need either an analog phone or a fax machine with an analog phone to 
activate your device using any of the FXS ports. After connecting the necessary ports, you are ready to use your ATA.

• Use the 

FXS

 port to connect an analog phone (or fax machine) with an RJ-11 telephone cable (for MP112, MP114, and MP118) or 

with an “Amphenol” connector (for MP124).

• The 

Internet

 port connects to a spare switch port on your router, your cable or DSL Broadband Modem, or a standalone multi-

port Ethernet switch device.

• The 

Power

 port is where you connect your AC power cable.
