Warranty
4Gaming offers a warranty on this product if purchased directly from the brand or
through an authorized 4Gaming reseller. This product is covered by a legal
warranty of two (2) years*, from the official date of purchase, against
manufacturing defects or lack of conformity. To consult the Terms and Conditions

ing.pt, in the ‘Warranty’ section or
contact Technical Support. *Two (2) years for Portugal and EU, and one (1) year
for countries outside the EU.
Repair
You should contact Technical Assistance before sending this product for repair.
For RMA requests, you must send the damaged or defective product to 4Gaming
together with proof of purchase. All the requests must be described in detail so
that 4Gaming can assess the damage or defect and assign an RMA Number. For
RMA requests’ instructions, access at 4gaming.pt, in the ‘Repair and Returns’
section, or contact Technical Support.
Conformity
This 4Gaming product fulfills the requirements and other provisions of EU
Directive 2014/30 / EU. 4Gaming is not responsible for any loss of information or
data regarding the use of the equipment or its improper use. 4Gaming is not
responsible for any problems related to the malfunction of the operating system
or applications in the control of this product.
Electric or electronic equipment waste
This product should not be considered household waste at the end of its life cycle.
To prevent pollution of the environment and the protection of human health, it
must be treated in accordance with EU laws. It is the responsibility of the owner
to deliver this product to suitable collection points. For more information on the
disposal of electrical or electronic products and batteries at the end of their life
cycle, please contact your local municipal services.
