Remove Top Cover
To avoid electrical shocks, unplug projector
power cord before performing any maintenance
to electrical components.
To avoid burns to fingers, allow projector lamp
and internal projector components to cool off prior
to lamp removal or disassembly.
Remove the lens cover.
1.
Remove two (2) screws from the top cover.
2.
Lower the carrying handle for screw access.
3.
Remove two (2) screws.
4.
Pry out the small cap from the top cover hinge
assembly.
5.
Loosen the hinge screw 2 full revolutions.
6.
Pull out the hinge assembly while pushing against the
loosened hinge screw.
7.
Repeat steps 4, 5, 6 for the top cover hinge assembly
on the other side of the projector.
8.
Remove the top cover.
9.
Reassemble in reverse order.
