Hole Diameter (d): 11/16 in., 18mm, or 3/4

Mark location for anchor. Observe minimum edge

distance and spacing requirements. See reverse

side of label for additional requirements.

Drill 11/16", 18mm, or 3/4" diameter hole to a depth

of 4 1/8 inches.

Clean hole using blow-out bulb or compressed air.

Tap anchor into hole using a hammer. Anchor

flange must seat firmly against concrete.

Tighten bolt until red cap shears off. No further

adjustment is necessary after red cap shears off.

Concrete minimum compressive strength 3000 psi. Not for use

Green seal on bolt head indicates proper

installation. Do not use if green seal is missing

or if inspection reveals other unsafe or defective condition.
