1.0 General
The 4082/4382 Cabinet Ground Bar
Replacement Kit is used to improve grounding
capabilities in these cabinets.
2.0 Kit Contents
1 - Bonding Bar
2 - Lower Rib
3 - Ground Connector
4 - Screw, Hex Head 10-32
5 - Washer, Flat #10
6 - Stud, 10-32
7 - Nut with Washer

3.0 Installation
3.01 Remove rivets attaching plate to block frame.
3.02 Remove rivets attaching ground bar to cabinet.
3.03 Mount the new ground bar in the same location
as old ground bar using two (2)10-32 studs,
inserting from exterior and placing washer nuts
(2) on inside, tightening securely. Attach ground
connector on top surface of ground bar using hex
head 10-32 screw placing it over hole. Place
three (3) more hex head 10-32 screws from top
side in three remaining threaded holes in ground
bar placing a washer on each hex head screw.
3.04 On the block frame, attach the plate in the same
position as the old, noting the position to allow
clearance for the new ground bar connector.
Fasten to the frame with four (4) round headed
10-32 screws, inserting again from exterior
placing washer nuts (4) on inside. Tighten
securely.
