Cart Station User Interface 

When pressed, station will stop running.

Used for different purposes depends of the current state:

• 

To cancel current routine and get back to the main menu. 

If cancel used during “Settings setup” sequence at ANY 

time - it will restore system settings saved into the buffer 

before begging of the whole sequence.

•  Reboot if system in the “HOLD” state.
•  Access to “Service” screen (only from Main menu - press 

and hold for 5 Sec).

 Accept the set value and move to the next screen.

FAMILIARIZATION

This Cart Station, (PN:  284107-00) is a wall or table mounted power supply to provide power to the material cart that is sup

-

plied with the ProJet® 6000 / 7000.  If the cart is removed from the printer, it can be connected to the Cart Station instead.

Once connected to the Cart Station, the cart will perform the following:

1.  Pump material from the print tray to the cart until the tray is empty or the cart is full.
2.  Heat the material to the proper temperature.

3.  Stir the material at fixed time intervals to keep the material homogeneous.
Each Cart Station will maintain one material cart. 3D Systems recommends proper material storage, as this is an important 

factor of achieving the fine details and reliable material properties that the ProJet 6000/7000 can provide.
