The following list  is intended to help  you  localize possible  errors and to suggest  possible 
causes and solutions. If necessary, contact the manufacturer’s Support department.

6.3  Support 

In the event of a problem or possible repair, please always contact the manufacturer first!  

Please note that goods sent to the manufacturer without prior consultation or unannounced 
may  NOT  be  accepted  and  may  be  returned  to  you  by  the  transport  company  at  your 
expense. 

7  Decommissioning 

7.1  Deinstallation 

  Switch off your system 

 

  Disconnect all cables and connections (see paragraph 4.3)

 

  Dismantle the device from the holder / stand. 

7.2  Disposal  

For decommissioning and disposal of the device at the end of the product life, the country-
specific laws and regulations applicable to the respective device location must be observed 
that,  for  example,  implement  and  ensure  compliance  with  Directive  2012/19/EU  ("WEEE 
Directive").
