suggests some things that you can do if you cannot resolve a problem.

Power failure
System does not power up.
Possible sources of problem:

System is not receiving power.

Power supply has malfunctioned.
Recommended actions:

Verify that the building’s power outlet has power.

Check that the power cord is firmly inserted into
the system and into the building’s power outlet.

If you are using an RPS or UPS, check that it is
firmly plugged into the building’s power outlet.

Try another power cable, RPS, or UPS.

If the system still does not operate, remove the
power cord from the system and contact your
network supplier or 3Com Technical Support.
LED Status

LED does not light.
