Guarantee Clauses
1.
The high quality of the product is guaranteed by strict quality control. The warranty period of the product
is for one year from the purchase date.
2.
Within the warranty period, malfunctions occurring without apparent cause during normal operation will
be given A/S service free of charge. However in the following cases, A/S service will be charged for:

Damage or malfunction due to negligence.
*
Damage or malfunction due to natural disasters.
*
Malfunction as a result of failure to comply with the operating instructions and warnings in the manual
(user error).
*
Malfunction due to power failure.
*
Modification to the product by other than company designated and authorized
maintenance personnel.
3.
After the expiration of the warranty period, chargeable maintenance services may be provided through a
maintenance contract or upon request.

In case of malfunction, notify the place of purchase first. If a service request cannot be met, request
should be made to designated A/S agents or company A/S centers for quick and reliable A/S service.

Recommendations & Cautions
1.
Please place the accessories provided with the product in a safe place and utilize them for future
peripherals for the product.
2.
For reliable utilization of the product, we recommend that you use appropriate equipment, such as an AVR
(Automatic Voltage Regulator) or Power Conditioner.
3.
Please install the product away from direct sunlight or magnetic fields. If such conditions are unavoidable,
please take any necessary precautions.
4.
Please note that if the warranty card is not available or the purchase information (serial number, etc.) is
missing from the card, the A/S service the customer receives may be either charged or free, according to
the standard calculation for quality guarantee periods as stated in the Consumer Protection Act.
5.
This product warranty card is only valid domestically. Take care to keep the warranty card in a safe place.
If the warranty card is lost, the customer may be unable to receive free A/S service.
