Charge the 12V battery. A new battery should have
been charged for at least 18 hours before using the
HMMWV M1045A2 TOW Missile Carrier for the first
time. After first-time use, recharge the 12V battery for at
least 14 hours after each use. Never charge the 12V
battery longer than 30 hours.
Check all connectors. Make sure the battery connector is
tightly plugged into the charger connector and that the
charger is plugged into wall.

Check all wires and connectors. Make sure the
battery connector is tightly plugged into the HMMWV
