Milk Frothing Recipes
What better way to start your day or liven up a party than to have fun with frothing by
making some of these delicious recipes!
Classic Café Latte
* Makes 1 Latte
What you will need
Coffee of choice, enough for an 8oz cup
1/2 cup 2% or non-fat milk
Cocoa powder for garnish
SIMPLETaste Premium Milk Frother
Instructions
Brew coffee (we recommend French Press
coffee if you haven’t tried before). When
the coffee is close to being ready, begin
frothing the milk. This should take 30 to 45
seconds, depending on how thick you like
your froth.
Once the desired froth thickness is reached,
pour the froth from the beaker into a cup
and microwave the froth for 30 seconds.
The microwave process will help stabilize
the froth and keep it on top of the milk.
Holding the froth back with a spoon, pour
as much milk as desired into your cup of
coffee. Spoon the rest of the remaining
froth into your cup and sprinkle cocoa
powder on top.
Cappuccino
* Makes 1 Cappuccino
What you will need
1-2 shots Espresso or 4 ounces of strong
coffee
1/4-1/2 cup Unsweetened milk, amount
depending on your preference
Coconut sugar or sweetener of choice
Sprinkle of cinnamon, optional
SIMPLETaste Premium Milk Frother
Instructions
Heat milk in a microwave-safe mug for
30 seconds or in a small saucepan on the
stove until it is very warm. Meanwhile,
begin to brew your coffee or espresso. Pour
hot coffee/espresso into an 8oz mug and
sweeten as desired.
When the milk is heated, it’s time to froth.
At this point you can mix in a bit of sugar/
sweetener to your warmed milk if you’d
like. Frothing should take 20-30 seconds
or until the milk begins to foam up and
double in size.
Use a spoon to hold back the foam part of
the milk and pour the rest of the warm milk
into your coffee. Spoon the thick froth on
top and sprinkle with a dash of cinnamon
or garnish with a cinnamon stick. Makes 1
cappuccino.
