ACD Logs

28.1 Overview

This chapter shows you how to collect and manage Automatic Call Distribution
(ACD) logs on the X2002.

For a detailed explanation of how ACD works, see

Chapter 23 on page 347

28.1.1 What You Can Do in this Chapter

• Use the

Configuration

screen to configure where to store ACD information, an

administrator e-mail address to send alerts and ACD backup files for later

Section 28.2 on page 403

.

• Use the

Backup

screen to manage ACD backup files. See

Section 28.3 on page

• Use the

Query

screen to query and create ACD reports. See

28.1.2 Before You Begin

Familiarize yourself with the terms and concepts in

Chapter 27 on page 393

as

may of the principles that apply there also apply here.

28.2 The Configuration Screen

Use this screen to set up an external server to collect ACD information. You can
also configure an administration e-mail address to which to send alerts and ACD
files for later viewing.

Note: You should use a MySQL server 5.0 or above for the remote server.

You must execute the SQL script downloaded from this screen on your MySQL
server before the X2002 starts to work with the remote server.
