Overview
The SHD1110 is a Z-Wave
TM
enabled temperature/humidity detector
which is fully compatible with any Z-Wave enabled network.
The SHD1110 is designed to monitor the current temperature and
humidity of ambient environment. If temperature/humidity reaches the
set points, the SHD1110 will send alerts to associated devices for further
actions, such as trigger air conditioner or dehumidifier to power on/off
automatically when used with Z-Wave power switch.
Installing the Batteries
Follow the steps below to install the
batteries.
1.
Remove the screw from the bottom of
the SHD1110 to detach the back
cover.
2.
Open the mounting bracket.
3.
Remove the screw from the battery
cover.
4.
Remove the battery cover.
5.
Insert 3 AA-size 1.5V alkaline batteries
to the battery compartment. Ensure
that the battery polarities are correct.
6.
Replace the battery cover and then engage the detector to the back
cover firmly.
Note: After removing batteries, please wait for 5 seconds before replacing
them.
