Reset the modem back to factory default settings by pressing the reset-button on
the back panel of the device. The button is in a small hole, you will need a small
sharp object to press it, for example a paperclip or a toothpick.
Press the reset button until the lights on the front panel flash together briefly. This
will take about 10 seconds. Release the button and wait for the modem to start.
Note: If you had previously changed the wireless network name and/or
password, they will be set back to default settings at this point. This might break
the PCs connection to the modem. Reconnect the PC to the modem either by
using an Ethernet cable, or by joining the default wireless network in the modem.
The default wireless network name (SSID) and the password (Wi-Fi key) are written
on the bottom of the device.

When the modem has restarted, open a web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer,
Chrome or Firefox) and go to address 192.168.1.1

Login to the management interface with the following credentials:
Username: admin
Password: 1234
Click Login
