heavy
system
resource
use
if
some
call
recordings
are
not
required.

CooVox
IPPBX
system
has
the
ability
to
route
an
inbound
call
directly
to
an
extension
if
the
extension
had
previously
tried
to
call
the
number
but
the
call
was
unanswered.
It
is
convenient
for
the
called
party
to
make
a
call
back
and
be
directly
routed
to
the
extension
that
called
them
without
going
through
the
IVR
menu
or
reception
desk.
