Turn on/off WLAN

On the home screen, press

Settings > Network & connectivity

To turn WLAN on, drag the icon to the right. Drag the icon to the left to turn
off.

Connect to WLAN

Drag the WLAN icon to the right.

Press

WLAN settings > Refresh

WLAN networks.

Select the network you would like to connect to from the list.
