Bus Networking
The bus topology is also a point-to-multipoint structure, as shown
in
. Actually, from the OLT to the DP, it is the bus struc-
ture. From the DP to the ONU, it is the star structure. In such a
structures, the DP sends signals from the OLT to the ONU on the
bus. Meanwhile, the DP inserts the signals coming from the ONU
to the bus and sends them to the OLT.
