Problem

The modem is not properly 
connected. 

Exit the software 
and remove the 
modem as usual. 
Then insert it again. 

The SIM/USIM card is not 
properly inserted. 

Remove the card 
and reinsert it 
properly. Please 
refer to 2.2 
Hardware 
Installation. 

The position of the USB modem 
affects the signal reception. 

Adjust the angle 
and position of the 
USB modem or its 
proximity to other 
electronic devices. 

When the USB 
modem has been 
plugged in, the 
computer cannot 
find it. 

 

The installation programs of the 
USB modem have not been 
installed properly. 

Run the installation 
program first, then 
plug in the modem. 
Now install the 
drivers as normal in 
Windows. 

The modem Is not properly 
connected. 

Restart the 
computer, or 
remove and reinsert 
the modem again.   

The SIM/USIM card is not 
properly inserted. 

Reinsert the 
SIM/USIM card 
correctly.
