It is also possible that the lock code has been updated by the user.  If the updated lock code is

To power off the phone, press and hold the 

Power key

 for at least 3 seconds from the idle 

screen. 

Warning: 

Do not power the phone on when wireless phone use is prohibited, or when it may 

cause interference or danger. 

Lock/Unlock Your Phone 

By setting the handset lock code, you can protect your phone against unauthorized use.   
To Lock the phone, hold the 

# key

 for about 3 seconds in standby mode and enter the 

handset lock code, the phone will be locked. 
To unlock the phone, press the 

Unlock

 on the right soft key, then enter the handset lock code 

and press the 

OK

 

key

Connect to the Network 

After your phone is unlocked, it will automatically search for the network. 

Activate Your Phone 

Before placing a call with your new phone, you must activate the phone on the network.  To 
activate the phone, dial provisioning number from the idle screen and follow the step-by-step 
instructions.  Once the display indicates that programming is successful, please restart the 
handset.  You may then place a call with your handset.
