Calling an extension number
1. Enter the number.

to enter “
P
” or “
T
”.
3. Enter the extension number.

Call key
to dial the first number. If you enter “P”, when connected, press
Call key
again to dial
the extension number automatically. If you enter “T”, when connected, waiting for about 3 seconds, the
extension number will be dialed automatically.
Receiving calls
When a voice call is coming, your phone will ring or vibrate or show the animated cartoon (Please see
Personalize your phone > Profiles
). If the caller has the Calling Line Identification (CLI) facility, the
caller number appears on the screen.
1. Press
Call key
to answer the call.
Tips:
You can press the button on the headset to answer the call when you connect the headset to your phone.
2. Or press
End key
to reject the call.

When the call is connected you can press
OK key
for
handfree
mode.
•
Press
End key
to end the call.
Setting ring for coming call
1. In standby mode, press
Left soft key [Menu]
and select
Settings > Profiles
.
2. Press
Up key
or
Down key
to select the profile.
3. Select
Left soft key [Option] > Profile Edit
to edit the selected profile.
4. Select
Ring Tone > Ring Type
.
5. Select the audio file in
Preset Ring
or
Custom Ring
and press
Left soft key [Select]
to save the
setting.
Call options
1. Before you answer the call:
f
Press
Right soft key [Mute]
to block the current ring tone of the call.
2. After you answer the call:
f
Press
Right soft key [Mute]
to block your voice.
f
Press
OK key
to activate
handfree
mode.
