BACK UP AND FACTORY RESET 

Easiest Way, Use an SD Card. 
 
Insert a microSD card. 
Use the built in Back up App to back up all your Apps and Data. 
Manually copy all photos from File Manager > Phone Storage > DCIM 
to SD > DCIM 
 
Back up photos on line using Google Photo 
Open the Photo App, this will save a copy of all your photos to your 
Google Account 
 
Copy Photos to a computer 
Insert the USB lead into a PC. Connect using MTP mode, then transfer 
all the photos from your device onto your PC. 
 
FACTORY RESET 
Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset.
