Accessing the “Settings” submenu, you can select
the following options:
- “ Default message ” is to set the default
message type as: “ Always MMS ”, “ Always
SMS ” or “ Prompt ”. Selecting “Prompt”, the
device will prompt user about message type
before creating a message.
- “ Save messages ” is to set whether it is saved
into the “ Sent ” folder after the message is sent
successfully.
- “ Message lifetime ”: to set the lifetime of the
message at the message service centre (this
time is related to the service provided by your
network operator).
- “ MMS Settings ” is to perform the following
settings on MMS:
“ Message center ”: to set MMS center address
e.g. http://mmsc.monternet.com . For more
detailed information, Please contact your
network operator.
“ WAP profile” : to select profile files for wap
