-Pin Definition

Connecting Serial ATAII Cables

The Serial ATAII connector is used to connect the Serial ATAII device to the
motherboard. These connectors support the thin Serial ATAII cables for primary
storage devices. The current Serial ATAII interface allows up to 300MB/s data transfer

rate. There are six Serial ATAII connectors on the motherboard that support AHCI and
RAID configurations.

Fan Connections

There are three fan connections on the
motherboard. The fan speed can be
detected and viewed in the PC Health
Status section of the CMOS Setup.
