Windows Vista:
If a message appears saying that
Windows can't verify the publisher of this driver software,
click
Install this driver software anyway.
Windows XP:
If you message appears saying that the
software has not passed the Windows logo test, click
Continue Anyway .
Windows 2000:
You may see a dialog box stating that the
Digital Signature was not found. You can safely ignore this
message and click
Yes .

When the USB Modem drivers are now installed dialog
box appears, click OK to install the NetWaiting Modem on
Hold application, which will let you take a phone call while
you are online. See page 6 below for more information on
NetWaiting.

When the Netwaiting InstallShield Wizard dialog box
appears, click Next and follow the prompts.

At the NetWaiting InstallShield Wizard Complete dialog
box, leave the two check boxes unselected and click Finish.

At the Modem Installation menu, click Main Menu , and
then Exit . Remove the installation CD and shut down your
computer.
Next, connect the modem to your computer

Your computer should be shut down.

Make a note of the modem's serial number, which is located
on the bottom of the modem case, just under the barcode.

Connect the cable end of the modem to any USB port on
your computer.
