If meter still does not enter test mode,

connect to the AlphaTrak 3 mobile
Application



Ensure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile
device and you have started the AlphaTrak
3 Application. Press “Get results” on your
mobile application to establish the
connection.



If the error still occurs, contact Zoetis
Customer Care.
