Product Introduction
The X-Ray Inspection System offers a dependable and flexible intelligence security
solution. We have built a comprehensive security system to protect your entrance,
including People Inspection, Freight Inspection, and Vehicle Inspection. This chapter
illustrates the working principle, product technical specifications, basic parameters,
product features, and application areas.
Working Principle
2.1
The X-Ray Inspection System has five modules: Item Transmission module, X-Ray
Generator & Control, Signal acquisition & Transmission module, Industrial motherboard
and Electric Control module.
The items enter the X-Ray inspection tunnel through the conveyor belt. A photo-electric
sensor is installed at the entry of the tunnel. When the items enter into the tunnel, the
sensor sends an inspection signal and the Control board commands the X-Ray Generator
to generate X-Ray. The X-Ray penetrate through the items and it is partially absorbed by
the items in the tunnel and the rest is absorbed by the X-Ray reciever. Then the reciever
converts the X-Ray signal into digital signal and then sends to the computer. With the
excellect image processing algorithm incorporated, a clear image of the items will be
displayed on the screen.
