If the message is "Request timed out" or "Destination host unreachable", then it means the PC and
the camera are not connected properly. Perform the following steps:

Check whether hardware connection is correct.
 Check whether the TCP/IP addresses of the PC and the camera are in the same network
segment.
 Check whether the ping command is disabled.
