ERROR CODE PROBLEM SOLUTION
E0 Battery low voltage alarm
Check battery voltage or charge the scooter.
E1
Battery high voltage alarm
Check battery voltage or stop using.
E2
Controller failure
Check and replace the controller.
E3
MOS failure
Stop using the scooter for 15 minutes and restart or replace
the controller.
E4
Communication failure
Check whether the displayer or controller cable is in good
connection.
E5
Motor hall failure
Check whether the motor hall terminal is connected well or the
motor hall is broken.
E6
Accelerator failure
Check the throttle or wiring.
E7
Brake failure
Check the brake shifter or wiring.
E8 Overcurrent protection
Stop using the scooter for 5 minutes and restart.
E9 Blocking failure
Turn off the scooter and restart.
E10 Communication failure
(Controller and battery)
Please check the cable (between controller and battery) is in
good connection
