4. Visually check the coupling stars.
5. Allow the machine to run, checking for the following:
– Running without jerking and vibration
– No excessive noise
– Constant current consumption
– Temperature rise within the -permissible range
7.2 Lubrication
Good lubrication and use of the correct lubricants are critical for the
correct operation and working life of the ZIMM Actuator.
Each ZIMM Actuator application has different requirements, therefore
the values specified in the following section are only recommendations.
NOTE
ZIMM standard greases are not hazardous substances.

