7. Slide the brake body 1 (16) slightly over the threaded bolt

ATTENTION! Weight of brake body approx. 100 kg!

8. Unscrew12the lifting eye bolt (A).

9. Slide on the brake body 1 (16) as far as the bearing bracket.

10. Coat the 4 hexagon head screws M20 x 170 (15) with Loctite 243 screw lock.

11. Tighten the brake body 1 (16) hand tight with the hexagon head bolts (15).

Do not forget the washers!

12. Evenly tighten the 4 hexagon head screws M20 x 170 (15) crosswise with a size 30 torque

wrench.

Tightening torque: 410 Nm

13. Endue the hexagon head bolts with anti tamper paint.

14. Make sure that the friction lining of the brake rotor 2 (14) is free of dirt and grease. Perform

cleaning with a micro-active cloth and LOCTITE

7063 quick cleaner.

15. Lightly grease the O-ring (14A) with technical Vaseline and insert into the groove of the brake

rotor 2 (14).

16. Slide the brake rotor 2 (14) with the O-ring (14A) onto the toothed hub (C) by hand by exerting

light pressure.

ATTENTION!

Make sure that the longer rotor collar is facing towards the brake body 1.

17. Make sure that the gear teeth engage easily.

18. O-ring may not be damaged.
