Wipers at the snapping rolls
As a protection against winding plant parts, grass or similar, very
effective wipers are placed at certain positions of the snapping
rolls (A).

Control Dimensions at the plucking row frame
The correct frame girder clearance (X) in the front section (A) is of
particular significance for the function of the corn header.
This clearance may be changed die to collisions. In particular at
the exterior rows on the left and right hand side, the bending of
the support arms is more probable, as these are not supported by
an adjacent row.
If there has been a collision, or if a functional malfunction is de-
tected at a picking row, the clearance (A) must be controlled.
In the event of major collisions, please contact the contact person
at your authorised dealer!
