BIOS 

Setup

Video BIOS Cacheable 

Select  "Enabled"  allows  caching  of  the  video  BIOS,  resulting  in  better 
system  performance.    However,  if  any  program  writes  to  this  memory 
area, a system error may result.

Video RAM Cacheable

Select"enable" allows cachiag of the video RAM, Resulting in better 

system performance. Default is "Disable".

Memory Hole At 15M-16M

In  order  to  improve  performance,  certain  space  in  memory  can  be 

reserved for ISA cards.  This memory must be mapped into the memory 

space below 16MB.
Enabled Memory hole supported.
Disabled Memory hole not supported.

Delayed Transaction

This  option  specifies  the  ICH  Delay Transaction  settings.   The  settings 

are  Disabled  or  Enabled.    The  Optimal  and  Fail-Safe  default  settings 

are "Disabled".

AGP Aperture Size (MB)

Sets Maximum memory aperture for AGP port.Available settings are 
4MB,8MB,16MB,32MB,64MB,128MB and 256MB.Default is "64MB".

Delay Prior to Thermal

You must have "Dram Read Thermal Mgmt" option enabled in order for 
this option to be meaningful. This option sets the time between each 
DRAM Thermal detections. Options are 4min / 8min / 16min / 32min. 
Default setting is "16min".
