zNID 24xx Series Configuration Guide

Creating voice connections

Voice connections require that the proper version of the software is loaded
onto the zNID. SIP and SIP-PLAR versions are S versions, such as

2.4.112.

MGCP versions are M versions, such as

2.4.112.

If you do not have the proper version of the software consult your Zhone
representative.

To load the upload the software onto the zNID, see

Bind the POTS interface to the VLAN
