2.2 Power OFF
Before power off this system, the following situation must be checked and confirmed:
1.
The CNC machine tool feed axis (X axis, Z axis, etc.) are stopping.
2.
The auxiliary functions (spindle, coolant pumps, etc.) are closed.
3.
Disconnect the power of the CNC system first, and then cut off the power of the machine tool.
When disconnect the power, the following matters must be checked and confirmed:
1.
The CNC system should be the "STOP" status.
2.
Check that all movable parts of the CNC machine tool are stopping.
3.
Press the shutdown (Power OFF) button.
Disconnect the power in emergency situations:
The power of the machine tool can be cut off immediately in emergency situations during operation to
prevent accidents. But it must be noted that the system coordinates may deviate form the actual position, the
operation back to origin operation and presetting tool must be redo.
2.3 Safety Functions
2.3.1 Reset
After the [RESET] key is pressed, the CNC system is in the “RESET” state:
1. All motion axes are stopped.
2. All M, S and T functions are stopped.
3. The existing alarm information will be cleared.
This operation can be used when the system is error output or the axes are abnormal operation.
2.3.2 Emergency Stop
The running system will enter the “EMERGENCY STOP” state when pressing the Emergency Stop button,
then all machine movement will stop immediately and all output, such as spindle rotation, coolant, etc, will close.
Release the Emergency Stop button (although it varies by machine manufacturer, but usually it can automatically
jump through rotating this button to the right) to cancel the “EMERGENCY STOP” state. All outputs are required
to restart.
