Assembly requires 2 persons.
Tools required: Corded/Cordless Drill, Pozi-drive Bit/Screwdriver, 3mm Drill Bit
required in order for you to drill all screw holes before construction, hammer.
Large Chicken Coop is now complete.
1. Attach Nesting Box Floor A to Nesting Box Side Panels B using 4no 40mm Screws
–
2no per side (Fig.1a).
Attach Nesting Box Internal Panel C centrally to Nesting Box Roof Panel A using 2no
40mm Screws (Fig.1b).
2. Attach Nesting Box Roof Panel D to Nesting Box Side Panels B and Internal Panel C
(flush with the short edge of panels) using 6no 40mm Screws
– 2no per panel (Fig.2).
3. Attach Nesting Box Back Perch E to Nesting Box Side Panels B using 3no 40mm
Screws
– 1no per side panel (Fig.3) and 1no into Internal Panel C.
4. Fix Small Felt F to the Nesting Box Roof Panel D as shown in Fig.4 using 20no Felt
Nails equally spaced.
5. Attach Nesting Box Door G to Nesting Box Side Panels B (flush with the underside of
Nesting Box Floor Panel A) using 4no 40mm Screws
– 2no per side panel (Fig.5).
6. Position Nesting Box Top Strip H as shown in Fig.6 and attach to Nesting Box Side
Panels B and Internal Panel C using 3no 40mm Screws.
7. Attach Nesting Box Front Fascia J centrally to Nesting Box Roof Panel D using 3no
40mm Screws (Fig.7).
8. Attach Nesting Box Side Fascias K to Nesting Box Roof Panel D as shown in Fig.8
using 4no 40mm Screws
– 2no per fascia.
9. Attach Right Side Panel L to Back Panel M using 3no 60mm Screws (Fig.9). Ensure
Back Panel M is flush with edges of Floor Panel N.
10. Attach Left Side Panel O to Back Panel M using 3no 60mm Screws (Fig.10)
11. Attach Front Panel P to Right Side Panel L and Left Side Panel O using 6no 60mm
Screws
– 3no per side panel.
12. Ensuring all panels (L, M, O, & P) are flush with edges of Floor Panel N, attach to
Floor Panel N as shown in Fig.12 using 12no 60mm Screws
– 3no per panel.
13. Insert nesting box assembly into the cut out of Left Side Panel O and fix in position
using 4no 60mm Screws
– 2 per side (Fig.13)
14. Attach Roof Panel Q to panels L, M, O & P using 8no 40mm Screws equally spaced.
Fix Large Felt F to Roof Panel D as shown in Fig.14 using 50no Felt Nails equally
spaced.
15. Attach Front and Back Fascias S to Side Fascias T using 4no 40mm Screws. Further
attach Front/Back Fascias S and Side Fascias T to Roof Panel Q using 8no 40mm
Screws
– 2no per Front/Back Fascia S and 2no per Side Fascia T.
